Michael Kelly, MBA, Vice President, was born in Washington, DC and grew up in Prince George’s County, Maryland. He is currently a Senior Analyst with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Homeland Security Investigations Assistant Attaché Office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Mr. Kelly has been working in various roles for DHS for over 20 years. Mr. Kelly earned a degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice from Morgan State University and a graduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland University College.

Mr. Kelly has a strong passion for education and giving back.  He would not be where he is today, if it were not for those that came before him and were willing to share their knowledge and experience. He believes that giving back is a duty, especially to those from underserved communities.  His involvement with High Bridge Foundation, Inc. provides him with the opportunity to help others seeking to continue their education
